Organization of tutorials

Tutorials are organized in three categories: Advanced, Intermediate and Beginner. The tutorials contain separated steps. All code is presented in Courier font and after the step's explanation (if there is one). Grey code is old code, put to locate the user where to type, blue code is new code and green code is replaced code. The tutorials may contain errors, bad english, typos and bad explanation.
